Dotty Chocolate Tray Bake
Turn your oven to 180C or gas mark 4.
Line a small baking tin (about 25cm by 35cm) with baking paper.
Ingredients:
4 eggs
225g caster sugar
225g soft margarine
275g self-raising flour
2 tbsp cocoa
Put the eggs, sugar, margarine, cocoa and flour into a bowl and beat them to make a light and even mixture.
Pour the mixture into the lined tin. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes until it is risen, and a skewer poked into it comes out clean.
Remove the tin, cool, and take cake out of the paper.
